We place great emphasis on quality of our services. In our manufacturing process, we use a series of the latest machinery, measuring instruments and tools made by the best manufacturers and which are subjected to constant checks and testing.
Quality of delivered components
At Ferrpol Bracia Matuszewscy Sp. z o.o., our strong points in ensuring the quality of our delivered products are: having effective control over the optimisation of our production process and quick reaction to customer instructions by highly trained personnel.
Procedures and processes
In high-volume production as required in the automotive industry, we use the procedures and processes indicated in the IATF 16949:2016 standard. Our quality documentation contains key PPAP Level 3 elements, including: FMEA, MSA, MFU, Capability Study etc.
