We created an improved solution relating to the machining process through the use of specialist tools fitted with specially constructed vibration dampers, boring inserts type of Rotary Tool and dual-contact tapered spindles.
By using our new technologies, machining times during milling operation made on CNC centre were reduced by 15%, and the quality of our machining also improved.

Our R&D team proposed an innovative approach to the technological process: to conduct machining of mechanical components like brackets using special clamping of machined components based on absorption bushings with controlled rigidity (own patent), a special hydraulic connection and fast pallet changeover system.
